Saky is in charge of low-income housing, special needs housing, senior housing, schools, and institutional projects. He is thoroughly experienced with the federal, state, and city funding and approval processes, and has helped initiate and develop numerous successful housing and mixed-use projects for non-profit organizations.

Saky has been involved in every aspect of the planning and design process, with a special emphasis on re-development of projects. He has completed over 136 buildings with over 10,500 units of affordable, senior, assisted-living, and special needs housing, as well as 27 market-rate residential buildings, with over 5,500 units.

In 2016, Saky was named Person of the Year by the Hellenic American Neighborhood Action Committee (HANAC). Serving as the design and managing architect of the HANAC George T. Douris Tower, Saky was instrumental in the creation of this state-of-the-art senior housing facility.

Saky received his education at the Polytechnic of Central London School of Architecture, where he earned his Certificate in Architecture and Diploma in Architecture. He is registered in New York, New Jersey, and Greece.
