Taystee Building

On the site of the former Taystee bakery, a new 300,000-square-foot Class A, LEED-certified, state-of-the-art office/life sciences building will rise. It will become a destination for today’s innovative businesses and will meld a modern aesthetic into the context of the area’s former industrial buildings.

The next phase in the Janus Property Company’s development of the Manhattanville Factory District (following the Mink Building and the Sweets Building), the Taystee Building will sit at the intersection of West 126th and West 127th Streets, sharing is 21st-century vibe with the industrial fabric of the Factory District. The building is designed by Levenbetts with SLCE serving as executive architect.
