Marcy Sheridan Apartments is a 71,604-square-foot, nine-story affordable housing development with 74 units and amenity spaces including a landscaped rear yard, an indoor recreation room, a library/computer room, an exercise room, a community room with a kitchen, and an on-premise laundry facility. The building has an on-site social services office providing supportive care to the residents. In addition, eight units are fully adapted to accommodate people with mobility difficulties; another four are adapted for people with visual or hearing impairments.
