The Wilfrid will transform a former door manufacturing site to a mixed-use building with two eight-story residential towers. The project will total 225,000 square feet with 190 affordable apartment units ranging from 40 percent to 90 percent area median income, with several units with on-site supportive office space. The base of the building will include a cellar parking garage, ground floor retail of 23,000 square feet, and community facility space of 2,500 square feet. Building amenities will include resident lounges and laundry rooms in each tower as well as a shared landscaped roof terrace and fitness room.
