The Wilfrid will transform a former door manufacturing site to a mixed-use building with two eight-story residential towers. The project will total 225,000 square feet with 190 affordable apartment units ranging from 40 percent to 90 percent average median income, with several units with on-site office space. The base of the building will include a cellar parking garage, ground-floor retail of 23,000 square feet, and community facility space of 2,500 square feet. Building amenities will include resident lounges and laundry rooms in each tower, as well as a shared landscaped roof terrace and fitness room.
