Luigi joined SLCE in 1994 and has been a partner since January 2002.  He has extensive expertise in high-rise residential and commercial development along with in-depth knowledge of construction methods.

He is involved in all phases of a project and his experience provides a level of comfort for all involved. Some of Luigi’s most notable projects include VIA 57 West, 220 Central Park South, the Bloomberg Building at 731 Lexington Avenue, the Hyatt Andaz, and the conversion of One Wall Street into condominiums.

Luigi received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the City College of New York and his Bachelor of Arts at the College of Staten Island. He is registered in New York, Washington DC, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and is a registered architect with the AIA.
