One Wall Street is an art deco office building in New York City. The North Tower, designed by Ralph Walker, was built in 1931 and is a landmarked building. The South Tower addition was built in 1963. Macklowe Properties purchased the 51-story property in 2014 and is in the process of converting it into 566 high-end luxury condominiums and retail spaces at the lower levels. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a golf simulator, gym, indoor and outdoor lounge, 75-foot by 20-foot swimming pool, and numerous private terraces. Floor area was reallocated to allow for additional apartments and amenity spaces above the South Tower, maximizing the value of the property.
