One Wall Street is an Art Deco office building in New York City. The North Tower, designed by Ralph Walker, was built in 1931 and is a landmarked building. The South Tower addition was built in 1963. Macklowe Properties purchased the 51-story property in 2014, and is in the process of converting it into 566 high-end luxury condominiums, and retail spaces at the lower levels. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a golf simulator, gym, indoor and outdoor lounge, 75-foot by 20-foot swimming pool, among other items including numerous private terraces.  Floor area was reallocated to allow for additional apartments and amenity spaces above the South Tower, maximizing the value of the property.
