This project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing 675,000-square-foot former Barclays Bank into exclusive high-end condominium homes and a luxury hotel. The repurposing of this building continued the redefinition of the New York City Financial District into a mixed-use area, with residential and hospitality uses adding to the attraction of this historic neighborhood.

Above the 15th floor, 410,000 square feet is dedicated to 350 condominium units, and an exclusive rooftop amenity with lounges and a breathtaking view of New York Harbor and downtown Brooklyn. The podium level includes a 220,000-square-foot, 250-room hotel and amenity spaces with lounges, a conference center, spa, and restaurant. With an interior design scheme by Rockwell Group, the hotel opened with much fanfare as the first Hyatt Andaz brand hotel in New York City.
