Paul joined SLCE in 1994 and became a partner in 2018. With over 25 years of experience, Paul has brought his expertise to a wide variety of projects in the New York metropolitan and New Jersey areas. His substantial portfolio includes not only some of New York City’s most high-end luxury residential condominiums, but also market-rate and affordable rental projects, mixed-use buildings, and health care facilities.

Paul is involved with each project from design through construction, and credits the successful completion of all his projects to his team-based approach. Working directly with clients, consultants, and design teams, he seeks to develop the most efficient strategy of execution, while at the same time keeping lines of communication open to ensure that all expectations are appropriately managed. This collaborative attitude towards leadership has allowed him and his team to deliver on even the largest and most complicated projects.

Paul received his Bachelor of Architecture at the New York Institute of Technology. He is registered in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, is a LEED-accredited professional, and is NCARB-certified.
