Maxwell Place – Building D

The final building of a planned four-building development, Mawell Place Building “D,” as a reflection on the past, fits into the fabric of Hoboken’s older neighborhoods. Unlike the other three buildings on the site, 125,000 square feet of floor area was designed as commercial space. Using simulated divided lites, the building pays homage to the Maxwell Coffee House buildings that once occupied the site. With only 58 residential units, Building D’s interior and rooftop amenities and views of Manhattan provide luxury living within the convenience of Hoboken.
