810 River Avenue Featured on the Front Page of the New York Times Real Estate Section

Last week The New York Times printed a story on the resurgence of the Bronx and the abundance of new affordable housing developments being built. Prominently featured in the cover photo of the section, overlooking Yankee Stadium, is SLCE’s 810 River Avenue, a 17-story affordable housing project nearing completion and comprising 134 units. SLCE has many recent and in-development affordable housing buildings in this borough, including The Wilfrid, Marcy Sheridan Apartments, and Highbridge Terrace and Overlook.
