Rendering Revealed for 2016 Arthur Avenue in the Bronx

Renderings have been revealed for 2016 Arthur Avenue, a nine-story affordable housing complex coming to the Tremont neighborhood of The Bronx. Foxy Management will develop the building, with an affiliation to the Riverdale-based Hebrew Home for the Aged. This will be their second project working together, following the near-complete development at 1880 Boston Road. The senior living facility will focus on managing physical health and environmental awareness.
