St. Francis Commons Housing

Saint Francis Commons is an affordable housing project in the Bronx’s Highbridge neighborhood. Built on the former site of Saint Francis of Assisi Church, it comprises seven stories and 110 dwelling units. Amenities include a community room, ground-floor retail, a recreation room, a laundry room, and an outdoor landscaped passive recreation space.
