Developed by Avery Hall Investments, Allegra Holdings, and Aria Development Group, its amenities include a landscaped roof deck with outdoor kitchen and seating, expansive outdoor terraces, a two-story fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, entertainment lounge, children’s playroom, 24/7 doorman and concierge service, parking garage, and a storage room.
