100 United Nations Plaza’s soaring vertical profile has become an Eastside landmark. This 51 story glass and brick monolithic sculptural tower contains 267 luxury condominium apartments above the 11,400sf public plaza, which concealed a 52 space parking facility.
About The Award
The Concrete Industry Board (CIB) awards are presented to projects that exemplify excellence in concrete in their architectural design, engineering design, general construction and workmanship either individually or in combination. In general, CIB recognizes projects only in Westchester County, Long Island and throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
