One Jackson Square Wins AIA New York Design Award 2013

One Jackson Square at 122 Greenwich Avenue is an eleven-story, 35-unit luxury residential condominium located in the Greenwich Village Historic District in lower Manhattan. Its glassy curveous façade (designed by Kohn Pederson and Fox) and unusual apartment layouts are a response to the wedge shape of the site and to the various zoning requirements of the property.
