Located in the Greenwich Village historic district in Lower Manhattan, One Jackson Square is an 11-story, 60,000-square-foot building which features 35 luxury condominiums.
Designed in collaboration with Kohn Pedersen Fox, the building complements its surrounding structures; its curved glass façade as well as unusual apartment layouts are a response to the wedge shape of the site and to the various zoning requirements of the property. The building also includes retail space as well as residential amenity spaces, totaling 7,300 square feet on the ground floor and basement levels.
