The Visionaire Wins AIA Building Type Honor Award

The Visionaire has received the 2009 Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) New York Chapter. It was designed in compliance with the Battery Park City Authority residential environmental guidelines and has received U.S. Green Building Council LEED Platinum Certification with optimum energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and waste water management.

2008 Grand Prize, Green Building Competition for New York City
