The Mark Hotel Wins an Award of Merit: Interior Design/Tenant Improvement

The Mark Hotel at 25 East 77th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side has received the 2009 Award of Merit for Interior Design/Tenant Improvement from Engineering News-Records New York (ENR). ENR’s annual Best Projects award program is dedicated to honoring the best construction projects and the companies that designed and built them in all 50 states.

SLCE has played a growing role in redesigning significant structures for improved viability and changing markets. The landmarked Mark Hotel is an example of such a building ideally suited for conversion into luxury condos while maintaining hotel functions on the lower floors.
