Steve has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 20 years of professional experience in the design and construction of numerous mid-rise and high-rise buildings.

The types of projects he has guided include primarily high-profile luxury condominiums, rental towers, dormitories, college staff housing, mixed-use buildings, and core and shell fit-outs for community facility, parking, retail, school, and office spaces. Projects include both new construction and renovations/conversions, from concept to completion.

Understanding the dedication and challenges it takes to put together a successful project has earned him a stellar reputation in the industry. Prior to joining SLCE, Steve was a Partner at his previous firm, Costas Kondylis & Partners, LLP.

Being diligently involved in every phase and every aspect of the projects he works on, he retains a unique quality that allows him to detect and resolve items of concern long before they would ever occur in the field. Whether it’s discovering the value of a site during initial investigations, providing a layout which maximizes the efficiency of space, or resolving a specific detail at the construction site, he applies his vast and unique experience to each project.
