Jim joined SLCE in 2017 and has nearly 20 years of experience in designing for residential, commercial, education, and retail clients. He has guided all variations and scales of these project types—from small renovations to high-rise condominium towers—through the BIM delivery process.

His current projects include 80 Clarkson, a new ground-up two-tower condominium development in New York’s West Village. Recently completed projects include 100 Claremont Avenue, 115 East 55^th Street, 555 West 22nd Street, and 53W53. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ohio State University, is registered in New York, and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
