Putnam Court Wins NYC Big Apple Brownfield Award For Affordable Housing 2014

Putnam Court has received the NYC Big Apple Brownfield Affordable/Low Income Housing Award for 2014. At seven stories and 45,000 square feet, the building  provides supportive housing for 34 formerly homeless adults along with affordable housing for 24 households earning up to 50 percent of area median income.
