The Warburton Riverview

Warburton Riverview is a new-construction affordable housing building located in Yonkers, New York. At 12 stories and 67,000 square feet, the building is comprised of 74 affordable housing units. This building, along with five existing historic buildings on Warburton Avenue, is part of the revitalization of downtown Yonkers.

The Warburton has a loading dock and parking on the lower level along with community spaces for the residents. A cast-in-place concrete base with load-bearing masonry and precast concrete plank forms the second floor through the roof level. The façade features two brick colors—the light brick accentuates the base and top of the building while darker red brick fills in the body of the building. Apartments facing Warburton Avenue have views of the scenic Hudson River and the adjacent waterfront developments.
