The Octagon, Roosevelt Island

Octagon Park Apartments is a newly constructed 80/20 multi-family development, designed in collaboration with Becker and Becker, and built around the Landmark Octagon building. At 13 stories and 425,000 square feet, this rental building is comprised of 500 apartments, of which 20 percent are affordable. The Landmark Octagon building has been renovated to house the development lobby and resident amenities. Landscaped exterior spaces with tennis courts, swimming pool, and parking are also provided. The building is designed with precast concrete exterior panels and window wall. Solar panels provide energy for the majority of the public space.
