Parkside Terrace

Parkside Terrace, a new affordable housing development in the Bronx’s Norwood neighborhood and located between Webster Avenue and East 207th Street, sits on a bluff overlooking the New York Botanical Garden. It was built on and around a massive 21-foot tall rock outcropping, very little of which needed removal from the lot before construction began.

Amenities include a rooftop terrace, courtyard, children’s playroom, and a bike room. Move-ins begin in 2019.
