Park Haven Apartments is an affordable housing development from The Community Builders sitting on a New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) site at St. Ann’s Avenue and East 142nd Street in the Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood. It includes retail at street level for a grocery market participating in the “FRESH” program by NYC zoning resolution. In addition, Park Haven houses a two-story community facility for work force training and development.

Amenities include a community lounge, children’s play room, laundry room, wellness room, bicycle storage, and outdoor landscaped recreation areas to encourage active and healthy living.
