Hudson Park is a waterfront development in Yonkers, New York on the banks of the Hudson River and adjacent to the Yonkers Metro-North station.

Phase I, a U-shaped, nine-story, 311,400-square-foot building, contains 272 apartments, parking for 300 cars, and retail space on the ground floor. Phase I was completed in October 2003.

Phase II, Hudson Park North, consists of a 14-story, 330,400-square-foot building which houses 294 apartments and a separate five-story parking structure for 430 cars. A landscaped riverfront promenade connecting the buildings completed the project. The second phase of Hudson Park was completed in March 2008.
