Four Seasons Private Residences

SLCE’s reach continues to grow beyond the NYC metropolitan area. Four Seasons Private Residences, developed by The Georgetown Company, is located in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood and is a conversion of a former steam heating facility from the 1940s into luxury residences. SLCE is the executive architect for the project that has been reimagined by Adjaye Associates. The 10-story, 271,413-sq.-ft. landmark yields 70 units; the coal yard immediately to the south has been transformed into a 1-acre public park by landscape architect OLIN. Interiors by Ingrao Inc.
