Court Street Residences is a new affordable senior housing project in White Plains scheduled to begin construction in 2027. In addition to 12,000 sq. ft. dedicated to amenities and social service spaces, it will also include a new office space for the LOFT: Gay and Lesbian Community Services Center Inc., a not-for-profit organization serving the lesbian, gay and transgender community in Westchester County and beyond.
