Located in the heart of Long Island City, Eagle Lofts blends the old and new by complementing the newly renovated Eagle Electric Warehouse with a new 54-story residential tower. The entire project offers 790 residential units and over 619,000 square feet of residential and retail area.

The marriage of two very different architectural building typologies has brought about a wealth of unique architectural features that are on display in both the private units and the amenity spaces. The “loft” style apartments in the rehabilitated former warehouse feature exposed concrete columns, 12-foot ceilings, and large windows. The tower apartments offer sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, courtesy of the largely glass window-wall construction. Amenities include both courtyard and rooftop gardens, a multi-floor fitness center, lounge, children’s room, and rooftop pavilion within the original warehouse water tower.
