The Apsley
The Apsley is a newly constructed assisted-living facility on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, with double-height amenity space at the ground level. Half of the project’s units are reserved for residents with memory and cognitive disorders.
The amenities at 2330 Broadway include a spa, a homeopathic care center, a rooftop garden, and a “bistro,” where residents can retreat for refreshment and community activities. A grand staircase links the cellar to the mezzanine, part of the overall design meant to foster and emphasize a sense of community for residents. The Apsley is the first assisted living facility in the U.S. to achieve WELL platinum status.
