1710 Vyse Avenue is a five-story-with-basement supportive housing building funded by the State of New York’s Office for Mental Health. The building has 65 dwelling units, 40,920 square feet, and auxiliary community facility spaces, social services offices, and an outdoor landscaped passive recreation space.

Community Access, sponsor of the project, is a pioneer in supportive housing and social services; promoting human rights, social justice, and economic opportunities. This project was their first community residence/single-room occupancy building.
