Element Wins The Concrete Industry Board of New York Annual Award 2007

The Element has received the Concrete Industry Board (CIB) of New York’s Annual Award for 2007. Located at 59th Street and West End Avenue, the Element is a luxurious 33-story, 198-unit condominium embodying the aesthetic of a streamlined ocean liner gracing the New York City skyline along the Hudson River waterfront. The massing of the building and the apartment layouts take full advantage of river views and the dramatic skyline of the Upper West Side.

CIB awards are presented to projects that exemplify excellence in concrete in their architectural design, engineering design, general construction, and workmanship either individually or in combination. CIB recognizes projects only in Westchester County, Long Island, and the five boroughs of New York City.
