SLCE Architects Ranked First in Multifamily Housing by Architectural Record

The multifamily residential sector has expanded more rapidly than the single-family housing market in recent years. The growth has been fueled, in part, by a strong demand for rental units. The Architectural Record ranked SLCE as the number one design firm in multifamily construction between January 2011 and July 2014. Jahn’s 50 West residential tower, for which SLCE was executive architect, achieved fourth place in the top five ranking of multifamily projects.
