Conceived as a new neighborhood comprising nine new residential buildings and an Art Deco-listed office building flanking either side of a canal running through an abandoned GSK industrial campus, Greenford Green will consist of 1,965 new homes within a mixed-use managed community. SLCE collaborated with HTA Design LLP on a concept masterplan for the site with the focus on creating a vibrant new neighborhood; it will be developed by HTA after planning consent was received in February 2017.

SLCE is responsible for the design and delivery of three buildings on the two blocks south of the canal. The first block consists of the tallest structure in the scheme at 19 stories, along with a seven-story L-shaped building; these form the gateway to the site, and they comprise 28,320 square feet and 278 market-rate units with retail at the base. The neighboring eight-story, 22,920-squarefoot, E-shaped building comprises 233 rental units with amenity spaces of lounges, a gym, dining areas, a cinema, a game room, and work spaces. There are a range of resident terraces and roof gardens overlooking the canal; retail spaces at ground level enliven the canalside.
