Chuck joined SLCE in 1996 as a project manager, with an early focus on healthcare projects. He has since elevated to partner and now predominately works on multi-family residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.

Chuck has 34 years experience managing complex and large-scale projects. He is responsible for all aspects of his projects, working as the client’s primary contact from the initial programming phase, to conceptual design, and through to construction administration.

Some of his most notable projects include 432 Park Avenue and the now complete conversion of the Woolworth Building into luxury condominiums. He has also led hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects, such as The Little Nell New York, 250 East 83rd Street, 27-41 West Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, the renovation of One Times Square, Hard Rock Hotel in Times Square, the Bloomberg Tower (731 Lexington) and Rego Park Center and its residential tower, The Alexander.

He is a registered architect, AIA Member, LEED-accredited, and NCARB-certified.
