The Crown Building/Aman Hotel
The Crown Building is an Art Deco tower originally constructed in 1921. SLCE is responsible for the conversion of this 26-story office building to a high-end hotel and ultra-luxury condominiums.
Designed by Denniston Architects, the conversion includes the Aman Hotel, the first hotel of the Aman brand to open in New York, occupying floors three to ten. The hotel is home to a luxury spa, jazz club, cigar bar, wine library, piano bar, Aman members’ club, and two restaurants.
The luxury condominiums start on the eleventh floor and spread across 117,950 square feet of residential space, including a five-story penthouse in the iconic Crown of the building.
