100 East 53rd Street

In collaboration with Foster + Partners, 100 East 53rd Street is a 63-story, 304,000-square-foot tower with 94 high-end condominium apartments and 14,000 square feet of luxury retail space at the base.

The façade and interior have been designed by Foster + Partners. The exterior is a delicately faceted curtain wall that captures the reflections of the city and complements the Seagram Building, the adjacent modernist landmark. The slender tower is located above a glass podium, responding well to the urban context.
