This six-story, 72-unit project, rent-subsidized for low-income seniors, was funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Built on the site of a former parking lot, it features landscaped outdoor gardens and a complete range of supportive and healthcare services, including short-stay rehabilitation and therapies, skilled nursing, home healthcare, adult day care, and social services.
