POD Hotel is one of an increasing number of hotel/residential mixed-use projects that SLCE has designed in recent years. Buildings such as POD merge hospitality concepts with the usual complement of residential amenities.

The exposed, roughly finished concrete structure contributes to the purposely edgy POD style sought by the brand, which identifies with the themes of this Times Square West and Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, many blocks removed from the bright lights associated with the heart of the Theater District. The POD Hotel comprises 257,722 square feet, rising 28 stories, and contains 665 hotel units and 40 residential units.
