Summit

In collaboration with Handel Architects, Summit is a 42-story residential rental building in Midtown’s Turtle Bay, the latest addition to the densely built streetscape of East 44th Street. The 361,000-square-foot building comprises 429 units, in addition to 7,000 square feet of retail space. In keeping with the trend of combining market-rate and affordable housing in new-construction buildings, 20 percent of the units rent at below-market rates. Amenities include concierge and valet services, on-site parking for 230 cars, a penthouse roof deck and lounge, sundeck and barbecue area, indoor swimming pool, resident lounge, golf simulator, children’s playroom, fitness center with indoor basketball court, and bike and tenant storage.
