Brooklyn Point is the third tower of the City Point mega-development. Reaching 720 feet, its 68 stories will contain 458 condominium units. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is the design architect for the project, with SLCE acting as executive architect. The estimated completion for Brooklyn Point is 2020.

After a decade of study with the developers of this full city block in downtown Brooklyn in New York City, City Point now stands as a mixed-use multi-building residential and commercial development. At approximately 1,600,000 square feet, it is the largest mixed-use development in New York City. SLCE was executive architect on the entire project, collaborating with COOKFOX Architects to deliver the Commercial Complex and Residential Towers 1 and 2.
