50 United Nations Plaza

This high-rise luxury condominium tower is a joint venture between SLCE and Foster + Partners. The project is located adjacent to the United Nations Plaza across from the United Nations Park, and is next to Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza. The towers’ façades incorporate full-height glass curtain walling with large bay windows facing east and west. Views to the east include the East River and the United Nations complex. Views to the west, north, and south include the city skyline and feature the Chrysler Building to the southwest, among other iconic NYC landmarks. The project includes a large health club and spa featuring a full-size lap pool and modern amenities including parking, a wine cellar, and retail at the base.
