SLCE worked with AvroKO and Gotham Organization to convert a 1905 Beaux-Arts elementary school into Inkwell, an apartment complex in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of New York. There are 18 apartments—16 two-bedrooms and two three-bedrooms. Amenities include a fitness center, laundry facilities, a bike storage room, and an outdoor recreational area on the ground floor.
