Designed in collaboration with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, 520 Park Avenue is located in the heart of the Upper East Side. The tower’s design is in keeping with neighboring buildings, evoking classic New York.

In the tradition established by 15 Central Park West, 520 Park Avenue is entirely clad in Indiana limestone, articulated with hand-set stone detailing reminiscent of the great historic 20th-century apartment houses, but at heights that are truly a modern 21st-century expression.

At 54 stories and 200,000 square feet, the building houses 34 luxury units in addition to four amenity floors. The units are comprised of simplex, duplex, and triplex units—all with uninterrupted views of Central Park.
