The Maximilian is one of many new developments in this growing and vibrant neighborhood in Long Island City. At twelve stories it provides 188 luxury rentals ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Amenities include a landscaped roof deck, an outdoor theater, a lounge and billiards room, a fitness center, and bicycle storage.

The industrial style of the interiors creates drama by contrasting high-gloss metal finishes with rustic or vintage cabinets, countertops, and furniture. Raw finishes provide a casual atmosphere and keep the space practical an uncluttered.
