Located on the full block fronting Washington Street between Thomas Gangemi Drive and Fourth Street, this development received planning consent for three towers encircling an existing Double Tree hotel in 2008, the first two of which were christened Monaco I and II and completed in 2011, with San Remo, a planned third tower, due to commence development in 2018. Monaco I and II comprise two slender 50-story towers clad in limestone and matching brick, accentuated with floor-to-ceiling glass corners and feature prow.

Atop the parking structure resides a full complement of amenities, including a rooftop sundeck with heated open-air pool, fitness center, spa, fireside lounge, theater, and club room with billiards. Most of the apartments enjoy panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline across the road toward the Hudson River and New York Harbor.

Monaco I and II were SLCE’s fifth and sixth of ten (and counting) towers along this stretch of Jersey City, with convenient access to the light rail and PATH stations.
