In collaboration with Cooper, Robertson & Partners, CUNY’s Hunter College Graduate Center Housing is comprised of eight stories and 65,000 square feet. The building houses 86 graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and members of the faculty. The residence shares a plaza with CUNY’s Hunter College School of Social Work campus, which was also designed by Cooper, Robertson & Partners.

SLCE’s primary role for this project included the development of dormitory layouts, as well as construction documentation and administration of façade design. Building amenities include a student lounge, an exercise room, and a landscaped roof deck.
