Beckford Tower is a sister project to Beckford House, both developed by Icon Realty Management and designed by Studio Sofield. It is a 30-story condominium building in development on New York City’s Upper East Side along the new Second Avenue subway extension. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a sports court, fitness center and yoga studio, party room, game room, children’s playroom, laundry room, bicycle storage room, residential storage, mail and package room, and concierge service. Completion is expected in late 2019.
