Project Architect

Location:        New York, New York

This position is perfect for someone with at least 5-10 years of experience in document production and detailing for large-scale and high-rise projects.  The initial project the successful candidate will be involved in is a high-rise residential condominium tower in New York City, designed by a famous architect and standing at 1,000 feet fall.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, and be able to demonstrate knowledge and ability for working on large-scale and/or high-rise residential projects. The role requires someone who has strong technical abilities and can produce detailed construction document sets, and high competency and knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be proactive and a team player, and have the ability to meet project timelines and uphold client expectations.

Educational and Experience requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture and a Registered Architect
