The Pearson Court Square, located in Long Island City, Queens, is a new-construction, 15-story, 170,000-square-foot building comprised of 197 market-rate rental apartments. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, and exterior common terraces at the roof, tenth, and second floors. The side yard features a landscaped space with a bocce court and a basketball half-court.

The building was constructed with concrete block and precast concrete planks, sitting atop a one-story poured-in-place concrete plinth. The building exterior speaks to the surrounding neighborhood’s warehouse style through a combination of architectural face brick and insulated aluminum composite metal panels alongside historical-style windows. The building also features a grand double-height lobby, and all amenity spaces have direct access to outdoor terraces. The apartment interiors feature full-height windows for expansive views across the East River to Manhattan, along with modern finishes in both kitchens and baths.

Sustainability was integral to the building’s design, leading it to receive LEED Silver certification. The building’s roof features a series of three vertical-axis wind turbines that power the roof lounge and aid in offsetting the building’s energy footprint.
